The Corporate Strategy team supports Paramount’s CEO, CFO, CSO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board with insights and analysis that inform decisions on long-term company strategy. This includes ad hoc strategy projects, analysis to inform content exploitation decisions, support for the board process, and coordination of activity in areas of emerging technology such as NFTs. The team includes a mix of strategy professionals and data scientists, and works on high-profile projects across Paramount’s global businesses, playing a key role in driving the company’s long-term success in streaming and company-wide.
This new position will report to the SVP, Corporate Strategy, and play a key leadership role within the group, partnering with the EVP, Corporate Development and the SVP, Strategic Alliances, and working with stakeholders across the company to develop and execute strategy projects.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $400,000.00 - 430,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.This position is bonus eligible.
