Compensation ranges from $64,711 to $92,416 based on years of experience, with benefits eligible. The role cultivates a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere and delivers rigorous enrichment across movement, science, art, and recess using the IPS instructional model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field or actively working towards completing a bachelor's degree.
• OSPI certification with an endorsement in Elementary Education (within 1 month of employment) or eligible.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain a food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the enrichment setting.
• Apply best practices aligned with the Impact instructional model; tailor teaching methods for enrichment subjects.
• Plan engaging lessons from IPS Academics team and adapt to movement, art, and recess activities.
• Model Impact core values in every interaction and create an inclusive environment.
• Demonstrate commitment to equity and celebrate diversity among students in movement, science, and recess.
