This role partners across life underwriting, operations, product, technology, distribution, and vendor organizations to identify opportunities, define business needs, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and operational effectiveness. The Lead Analyst acts as a subject matter expert in life underwriting processes and transformation efforts, providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, training, and post-launch support.
