Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience with aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• 5 years of experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly and construction of complex systems.
• Perform and oversee advanced troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct precise calibration and testing of devices.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining complex systems

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to read and understand mechanical/electrical drawings

Experience with standard laboratory test equipment

Leadership experience

Education

Associate’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of technician experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred
