Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in automation and/or balance of plant engineering for energy/hydro projects.
• Minimum 10 years as an engineering lead, supervisor, or manager.
• Degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering teams across automation and BoP domains.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and estimates in OTO and OTC.
• Ensure safe, reliable engineering deliverables and compliant designs.
• Mentor engineers and drive RCA, CAR, and Lessons Learned processes.
• Coordinate with global teams to optimize designs and project execution.
