Qualifications

• 6+ years developing complex medical devices or related technology.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Deep systems engineering experience across software, electronics, hardware, and algorithms.
• Strong grasp of design controls, risk management, and V&V.
• Valid passport for occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Own system-level technical direction from concept through commercialization.
• Architect AR navigation and robotic integration, including tracking, interfaces, and controls.
• Turn clinical needs into safe, effective, market-ready devices.
• Align Clinical, Product, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing around one technical plan.
• Drive compliance with FDA, EU MDR, IEC, and ISO standards.
• Lead risk mitigation, V&V, usability engineering, and design transfer.
• Mentor engineers and scout emerging tech in AR, AI, sensors, and automation.
