Nasdaq, Inc. seeks a Lead Engineer to shape the cloud, platform, and reliability foundation powering Capital Access Platforms. You will drive technical strategy, establish SRE maturity, and embed AI-enabled practices across planning, build, and deployment.

As a Lead Engineer reporting to the AVP of Software Engineering, you'll play a critical role in shaping the cloud, platform, and reliability engineering foundation that powers Nasdaq's Capital Access Platforms — driving technical strategy, operational maturity, and AI-enabled delivery practices at scale. You'll thrive in this position if you're a hands‑on technical leader who brings deep expertise in cloud engineering, Terraform, and site reliability engineering, thrives in complex, cross‑functional environments, and is energized by solving problems that have real business and market impact.
This position will be located in Atlanta, GA and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
