Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Engineer - Payments Platform to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will help shape and scale a global payments capability that supports small business customers and enables product teams to deliver reliable financial experiences. You will own core platform services, contribute hands‑on to production code and prototypes, and help define the technical direction for a highly collaborative engineering environment. The position also emphasizes improving engineering productivity through thoughtful use of AI tools while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $206,000 – $260,000 annually
