Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree in Engineering or Plant Operations, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of experience in building plant operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC and electrical codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment per procedures.
• Diagnoses system malfunctions and coordinates preventive/corrective actions.
• Trains staff in operation and repair of equipment and safety protocols.
• Maintains records to comply with state and organizational requirements.
