Onsite Position
The Lead Engineeris responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the engineering activities associated with the design and development of new projects and maintenance of current products. Oversee teams to ensure project activities are completed within designated QCD targets. Provide technical expertise and guidance to other KAC technical personnel. Approve designs and systems using standard Komatsu quality control methods such as Design Reviews, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and Design for Manufacturing methodology. Oversee development of reliable and cost-efficient systems that meet the functional specifications and all applicable industry and company standards. Demonstrate experience in leading teams and projects, and in decision making. Interface with our major component suppliers and KLTD development centers.
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $130,000 - $160,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
