Job summary

Beehive Industries seeks a Lead Engineer, Configuration Management to lead the CM department and ensure consistency of product performance with its requirements, design, and operational data.

The role chairs the Configuration Control Board for engine products and safeguards data integrity of drawings, baselines, and change records while aligning with industry standards and program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 8 years in aviation gas turbines and related fields.
• At least 3 years in a configuration management role.
• Experience with military specifications and GD&T principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead CM strategy and processes to ensure product data integrity.
• Chair the Configuration Control Board (CCB) for engine products.
• Maintain integrity of drawings, baselines, records, and change data.
• Support lifecycle from design through production with CM discipline.
• Obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance as required.
