Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Lead Engineer, Configuration Management to lead the CM department and shape the strategy for product configurations across aviation turbine programs. You will chair the CCB, oversee data integrity, and align CM with MBSE practices while working with multidisciplinary teams.

The role demands extensive experience in aviation gas turbines, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define the engineering configuration management strategy and process.
• Chair the Configuration Control Board (CCB) for all engine products.
• Maintain data integrity and documentation across configurations and baselines.
• Support design, analysis, and evaluation of turbomachinery components and systems.
• Oversee change management processes and ensure compliance with CM practices.
• Develop procedures compliant with industry standards and MBSE initiatives.
• Serve as CM SME within a diverse systems engineering team.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to move products from design to production.
• Communicate significant issues promptly and clearly to stakeholders.
