Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in multiple core programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience with AI engineering tools and LangChain ecosystem.
• Experience designing agentic systems and related tools.
• Proven track record in Agile product development and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technology Leadership with hiring recommendations and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to design enterprise-level features.
• Define engineering policies and best practices.
• Propose AI tooling to enhance product development and team efficiency.
• Design and implement agentic systems that integrate with products.
• Provide technical recommendations to team leads and engineers.
• Audit and propose improvements for Noodle's technology products and processes.
• Improve software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
