Job summary

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, owns a comprehensive set of hand tools, and can supervise daily operations, maintain safety, and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• More than ten years of work‑related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred.
• Preferred experience – industrial engine repair and rebuilding experience.
• Owns a large and complete assortment of appropriate hand tools and may have some specialized tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service team to achieve department goals.
• Diagnose and repair engines per manufacturer specs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate service staff.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company policies.
