Prologis seeks a Procurement Manager, Energy Solutions to lead sourcing for solar, storage, EV and electrical infrastructure. You translate portfolio demand into strategic plans and manage end-to-end sourcing from scope through award and supplier execution.

The role requires hands-on negotiation, stakeholder management, and the ability to scale category strategies across the enterprise while navigating policy and market conditions to optimize cost and supply resilience.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of procurement and sourcing experience, including negotiations and contracting.
• Experience evaluating RFPs for energy-related contractors and long-lead equipment.
• Procurement experience in energy infrastructure categories (EPC, solar, electrical).
• Ability to scale procurement strategies and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead competitive sourcing, negotiations, and contracting for energy projects and related services.
• Develop category strategies across energy assets by analyzing supply chains and costs.
• Establish and maintain the Energy Solutions procurement engagement model across sourcing needs.
• Aggregate demand, identify supplier synergies, and strengthen purchasing leverage.
• Monitor risks and coordinate with project teams on technical inputs.
