MISO seeks a senior leader to drive market design initiatives across its wholesale energy markets in the Central U.S. You will lead a team of market design professionals, researching and developing enhancements to market frameworks, pricing mechanisms, and operational processes.

You will present, advocate for, and defend market design initiatives to regulators, senior leadership, and industry partners, collaborating with engineering, operations, planning, and policy experts to ensure designs are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Proven experience influencing large, cross-functional groups with technical subject matter.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of market design professionals to research and develop enhancements to market frameworks, pricing mechanisms, and operations.
• Drive proposals from concept to approval balancing innovation and practicality.
• Present and defend market design initiatives to regulators, leadership, and industry partners.
