Job summary

Energy Solutions is seeking a Director of Energy Efficiency – Midwest to lead and grow multi‑program energy efficiency initiatives across the Midwest. The role drives performance, client retention, and regional growth while aligning with enterprise strategy.

You will oversee program delivery, coach senior teams, manage budgets, and develop strategic opportunities with regulators, subcontractors, and partners in a remote-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Energy, Public Policy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and govern delivery of multiple large-scale energy efficiency programs.
• Direct cross-department collaboration to guide development of software supporting program delivery.
• Monitor and drive program performance including revenue while managing budgets and timelines.
• Lead and govern a regional organization of project managers and professionals.
• Develop, coach, and retain talent and support succession planning.
