Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in construction with 2+ years supervising/foreman roles within energy services or heavy industrial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specs.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations; OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Proficient with operating heavy equipment relevant to energy services construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a crew, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to guide execution.
• Enforce safety policies; lead regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Monitor progress; identify issues and implement solutions for schedules and budgets.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed and ensure proper maintenance of tools.
• Prepare daily progress reports, material usage, and equipment logs.
• Communicate with project managers and stakeholders on status.
• Train and mentor crew members to foster a productive work environment.
