Job summary

Primoris Energy Services seeks a General Foreman to oversee daily construction activities on the 24005 Rayburn project in Sherman, TX. You will direct craft workers, foremen, and subcontractors, plan daily work, and ensure safety and quality across all stages.

You’ll read and interpret blueprints, coordinate resources, and report progress to management. A strong leadership style and 7–10 years in construction with supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of construction experience with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role as a General Foreman or similar.
• Experience in energy services or industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; safety is paramount.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a team of craft workers, foremen, and subcontractors on the job site.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet timelines and budgets.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Interpret blueprints and project plans for the team and ensure compliance.
• Inspect work in progress for quality and conformance to requirements.
• Manage equipment and material allocation and ensure resources are available.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve them promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Provide regular progress reports to project management.
• Train and mentor crew members to foster a productive work environment.
