Job summary

Firehawk Aerospace seeks a Principal Energetics Technician to lead a skilled crew at the Lawton, OK facility. You will supervise technicians across grinding, mixing, or compression molding, ensuring safe, efficient operation of automated production equipment and adherence to procedures.

You will support commissioning, readiness assessments, and the transition to live energetic operations, while maintaining safety, quality, and production performance in a highly automated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial production equipment.
• Ability to interpret procedures, specs, and manufacturing instructions.
• Experience leading and training production technicians.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in an industrial setting and handle PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to technicians and oversee daily work assignments.
• Ensure production processes comply with approved procedures and safety rules.
• Operate and monitor automated production equipment and control systems.
• Assist with equipment commissioning, testing, and qualification.
• Train and mentor technicians on operations and controls.
• Support quality assurance, material traceability, and documentation.
• Participate in safety reviews, investigations, and audits.
• Maintain housekeeping and equipment care per safety standards.
