Job summary

Resolute Health Hospital is seeking a Lead Endoscopy Technician to act as the senior technician in the endoscopy suite, supporting GI procedures and ensuring equipment disinfection and maintenance. The role coordinates daily unit operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include providing technical assistance during procedures, mentoring staff, and helping achieve departmental goals. A minimum of 3 years' experience and BLS certification are required or will be on hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an accredited Endoscopy Technician or Surgical Technologist program preferred.
• Minimum three years' experience as an Endoscopy Technician required.
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required on hire (AHA).
• Gastroenterology tech certification preferred (SGNA GTS or CBSPD/IAHCSMM).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technician in the endoscopy suite and support GI procedures.
• Ensure high-level disinfection and maintenance of endoscopic equipment.
• Coordinate daily operations of the endoscopy unit and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical assistance during procedures and mentor staff.
• Contribute to departmental goals and complete required competencies.
