Lennar is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to lead planning, implementation, and support of enterprise endpoint management and VDI across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. You will partner with security and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, well-managed endpoints and a high-quality user experience for a distributed workforce.

Responsibilities include managing Intune, VDI environments, security baselines, patching, packaging, and BYOD programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, enterprise environments, and endpoint platform administration.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager for MDM/MAM across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience with VDI platforms such as AVD, Citrix, or VMware Horizon.

Responsabilités

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for modern device management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, including enrollment and compliance policies.
• Manage VDI environments, ensuring high availability and optimal user experience for remote/hybrid workers.
• Develop and maintain endpoint security baselines, CIS benchmarks, and hardening standards with Defender for Endpoint and BitLocker.
• Oversee endpoint patching and software update management using Intune, MECM/SCCM, ensuring timely remediation.
• Manage application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle for enterprise endpoint software with scripting/automation.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance posture, and fleet performance with telemetry and reporting.
• Support BYOD and corporate device programs, including conditional access enforcement and data separation via APP.
