Lennar is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to lead planning, implementation, and support of enterprise endpoint management systems and VDI across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. You will drive Intune configurations, Autopilot enrollment, and security hardening for a large distributed fleet.

The role requires strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python), experience with AVD/Citrix/VMware Horizon, and collaboration with security and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years in systems engineering in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Intune/Endpoint Manager for MDM/MAM across Windows, macOS, iOS & Android.
• Experience with VDI platforms: AVD, Citrix, or VMware Horizon.
• 3+ years scripting in PowerShell or Python for endpoint provisioning and app management.
• Familiarity with Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, and DLP policy enforcement.
• Strong AD/Entra ID knowledge; Conditional Access for endpoints.
• Relevant certifications (MD-102, AZ-104, or similar) are a plus.
• Proficiency with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow) and Azure cloud.

Responsabilités

• Administer and optimize Intune for device management at scale.
• Manage VDI environments (AVD/Citrix/VMware Horizon) for remote/hybrid workers.
• Develop and maintain endpoint security baselines and DLP policies.
• Oversee endpoint patching and software update management.
• Automate provisioning and application management using PowerShell or Python.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance posture, and fleet performance.
• Support BYOD and corporate device programs with conditional access.
• Manage joiner/mover/leaver workflows including Autopilot enrollment.
• Collaborate with security and network teams on enterprise endpoint solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
