Job summary

Kriya Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Manager of End User Experience and Service Delivery at our RTP, NC site. You will lead the IT service desk, run the ITSM platform, and own programs shaping daily tech experience—from laptop lifecycle to conference room tech.

You will manage software contracts and vendor relationships tied to these platforms. This onsite role reports to IT leadership and collaborates with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, HR, and Procurement to drive automation and AI-enabled

Qualifications

7+ years in IT service delivery or end user support, incl. 3+ years leading a service desk.
Hands-on ITSM platform experience with workflows, automation, and reporting.
Experience owning software contracts, renewals, and vendor relationships.
Experience managing incident, problem, and change processes including major incident reviews.
Experience in regulated industries (pharma/biotech/healthcare) preferred.
ITIL certification or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the service desk team, define SLAs, and manage staffing across NC sites.
Own the ITSM platform end-to-end, including automation, CMDB, knowledge base, and analytics.
Own software contracts, licensing, renewals, renewals, and vendor performance reviews.
Oversee incident, problem, and change management, including major incident response.
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, asset lifecycle, and device policy with stakeholders.
