Job summary

Kriya Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Manager of End User Experience & Service Delivery to lead IT service delivery at the Research Triangle Park site. You will own the service desk, run the ITSM platform, and shape day-to-day technology experiences from onboarding to collaboration tools.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven process improvement, and a hands-on approach to automate and optimize end-user services in a fast-growing biotech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
7+ years in IT service delivery.
3+ years leading a service desk.
ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the Help Desk team across NC sites and remote users.
Own the ITSM platform, service catalog, workflows, and analytics.
Drive AI-enabled automation to improve triage and resolution.
Define SLAs and ensure ticket quality and customer communication.
Manage software contracts, licensing, renewals and vendors.
Oversee asset lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, and workplace tech.
