Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago seeks a Manager Employment and Training Services to lead strategy and daily operations for Employment, Training, and IPS services. You will direct staff, ensure policy implementation, and manage budgets and resources to deliver quality services.

You will supervise caseload distribution, provide case management support, explore new markets, coordinate with partners, and advance workforce development programs while maintaining compliance and reporting on

Qualifications

Associates Degree or experience equivalency and a minimum of 3 years managerial experience.
Valid Driver's License, vehicle and insurance coverage.
Experience working with diverse populations including severe chronic mental illnesses and supervising staff.
Experience with Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

Support advancement of program delivery infrastructure and outcomes management to ensure quality services.
Manage caseload distribution and provide case management support.
Identify and develop new market opportunities and advance programs from conception to implementation.
Coordinate with internal and external customers, funding sources and community organizations.
Market Goodwill programs through Mission Intake and Outreach and related events.
Coordinate team integration with other departments to maximize outcomes.
Conduct management audits of performance, space, equipment, fidelity, and budget.
