Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA seeks a Manager, Employee Relations to lead day-to-day ER operations, guide complex matters, investigations, accommodations governance, and risk management. You will coach a team, partner with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Security, and HR to deliver consistent processes and insights. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business or related field required.
• 5+ years in HR with employee relations and investigations experience.
• Experience coaching and developing others; leadership required.
• Strong knowledge of EEO, ADA, FMLA and related laws.
• Ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Partner with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Security, and HR to assess risk.
• Ensure case governance, documentation, and service standards.
• Coach leaders on performance, conduct, policy interpretation, and risk.
• Oversee intake, triage, workload, and escalation in ER.
• Develop dashboards and insights to identify trends and risk.
• Drive process improvements, including HR Acuity and ServiceNow.
• Lead, coach, and develop ER team members.
