Job summary

Downtown Emergency Service Center seeks a Case Manager Supervisor for The Gateway, Honor of Tenaya Wright, delivering housing-oriented case management and support services at the site.

You will supervise Case Managers, coordinate services, and guide staff in crisis intervention, harm reduction, and housing access. A Bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience are required; Washington credentialing may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or management, with supervised leadership experience.
• Two years in human services, preferably with homelessness or related challenges.
• One year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning, implementation and coordination of The Gateway's services.
• Provide supervision and direction to Case Managers to ensure operations are effective.
• Coordinate hiring and orientation of Gateway staff and supervise team performance.
• Engage clients and maintain relationships through resourceful outreach and crisis intervention.
