Crown Equipment Corporation is a leading material handling company with a strong focus on engineering and technology. This role contributes to verification and validation of new lift trucks and related equipment through embedded software testing and automated frameworks.

You will lead test plans across MIL/SIL/HIL levels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic testing initiatives to improve quality and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related field; 6+ years relevant experience acceptable.
• Experience in embedded software testing and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink and validation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead design qualification and validation activities for new product development.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans to verify system functionality.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Shifts on-vehicle testing to MIL/SIL/HIL environments to speed up development.
• Analyze results and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Stay current with testing methodologies and contribute to robust processes.
