Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on embedded software experience (C/C++).
• 3–5 years of direct people leadership in engineering.
• Deep knowledge of IEC 62304 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 design controls.
• Proven track record with safety‑critical embedded systems and risk management.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and agile release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a firmware/software team and mentor engineers for high performance.
• Drive architecture across board bring‑up, real‑time control, cybersecurity, and OS management.
• Translate strategy into concrete roadmaps coordinating with hardware and clinical teams.
