Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
2+ years of embedded software development for real-time or safety-critical applications.
Proven experience in technical leadership across multiple projects or platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and own embedded software architecture for vehicle-level systems.
Develop and review embedded firmware in modern C++ for real-time control.
Lead device drivers, middleware, and application frameworks on safety-capable MCUs.
Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.
Drive system-level design via hardware, firmware, networks, and customer feedback.
Collaborate in an Agile environment with CI/CD and iterative planning.
Mentor colleagues and advance software maturity across teams.
