This role requires strong technical judgment and hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, requirements, design, implementation, hardware/software integration, verification, and documentation.
The Lead Embedded Software Engineer will design, develop, integrate, and verify embedded software for custom avionics data storage and transfer products running on custom hardware platforms. This role requires strong technical judgment and hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, requirements, design, implementation, hardware/software integration, verification, and documentation.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in low-level embedded software development using C, embedded Linux and/or VxWorks, and has worked with device drivers, networking, file systems, multicore processors, multithreaded applications, and hardware integration in lab environments. This role also supports cross-functional systems engineering activities as needed.
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
