Investigo seeks a Lead Development Engineer to drive embedded software development for next-generation HVAC data-center control devices. You will guide internal and external developers, ensure robust, secure operation, and align software with RTOS and Matlab/Simulink platforms.
The role requires 5+ years leading embedded projects, experience with REST APIs and data center protocols, and collaboration across global engineering teams.
Competenze
- 5+ years of experience leading embedded software projects.
- Experience with data center infrastructure and REST APIs.
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Mansioni
- Lead the technical execution of embedded software projects for HVAC devices used in data centers.
- Guide and coordinate internal and external software developers to ensure high-quality output.
- Design and implement software that adheres to advanced security standards, including Open Compute Project guidelines.
- Integrate and manage data center-specific communication protocols, focusing on the Redfish REST API.
- Collaborate with I&V, Sensing, and Hardware to meet system requirements.
- Translate system requirements into software architecture and actionable tasks.
- Ensure seamless integration of features from embedded platforms (RTOS, Matlab/Simulink).
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
