Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or related technical field with 8 years of experience.
• Previous experience leading embedded controls hardware development or leading electronics architecture definition preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills for cross‑disciplinary teams (software, hardware, systems engineering).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical expert for embedded controls hardware architecture technology stack definition.
• Create and govern architecture standards, cybersecurity, wireless electronics roadmaps across product lines.
• Evaluate and select embedded controls hardware technologies and platforms for solution development.
• Lead tradeoff analysis and present architectural reports to senior management.
• Create embedded controls hardware design process standard work guidelines to improve cycle time and enable rapid innovation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to controls hardware engineering teams.
• Ensure embedded controls hardware meets functional, security, regulatory, and quality requirements for industrial and transportation environments.
• Travel up to 5% may be required.
