We're seeking a Lead Elixir Platform Engineer to join a groundbreaking blockchain technology company in a fully remote role (EMEA time zone). This opportunity allows you to fully immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Web3 and help us explore new possibilities.

As a crucial part of our engineering team, you'll be instrumental in refining and scaling our state-of-the-art blockchain explorer platform. You'll work closely with the CTO and a team of skilled engineers, tackling high-performance crypto and trading applications head-on.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead development and scaling of the BlockScout-based blockchain explorer platform
• Design and implement new blockchain features while optimizing platform performance
• Build high-quality, scalable solutions using Elixir and Phoenix framework
• Foster technical collaboration with blockchain engineers for protocol and API integration
• Optimize and maintain platform performance under high-traffic conditions
• Establish and maintain best practices for code quality and documentation
• Play a key role in architectural planning and strategic technical decisions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with EVM-compatible chains and Web3 infrastructure
• Strong background in distributed systems and blockchain technology
• Track record of contributions to open-source projects in the Elixir ecosystem
• Experience with real-time data processing and high-throughput systems
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Vue.js) for full-stack development
• Understanding of cryptography and blockchain consensus mechanisms
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and performance optimization
