Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience supporting electronic systems, integration and testing.
• Proficient in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Experience in both field operations and laboratory/test environments, including shipboard or aviation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced electronic systems including radios and sensor arrays.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams in operational environments and provide small-unit leadership.
• Manage and execute test and evaluation activities for complex mission systems.
• Communicate complex technical issues clearly with peers, stakeholders and customers.
• Utilize advanced test equipment to identify and resolve system issues.
• Document findings and maintain records of diagnostics and repair activities.
