Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance of electronic and electrical systems in water distribution.
• Leads, schedules, and evaluates staff performance.
• Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinates maintenance tasks and ensures timely completion.
• Identifies and resolves equipment issues and audits processes.
• Monitors plant performance and maintains equipment availability.
• Handles worker relations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Plans and participates in budgeting and resource allocation.
• Maintains documentation and quality records.
