Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct production activities and lead the team toward quality and cost objectives. This role requires staff development, budgeting, and scheduling responsibility, with collaboration across engineering, quality, and planning functions.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 years of supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing, strong MS Office and Google Suite skills, and a proactive, results-driven approach to manage daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree / 2 year technical degree preferred.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in electronics or related manufacturing.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office and Google Suite).
• Excellent time management and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proactive and action oriented with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs production area activities to meet goals and budgets.
• Plans and administers procedures and staffing for production teams.
• Manages staff development, performance and staffing decisions.
• Collaborates with engineering, quality, planning and materials teams to improve efficiency.
• Supports new product introductions and transition to sustaining production.
• Interacts with customers and suppliers on technical issues as needed.
• Develops standard operating procedures for production operations.
• Contributes to continuous improvement using Six Sigma tools.
