Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree / 2 year Technical Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing a plus.
• Strong computer skills, MS Office and Google Suite.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Proactive and action oriented with minimal supervision and direction.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the operations functions for machining and post machining processes with collaboration across departments.
• Receives and executes predetermined work assignments with moderate oversight.
• Directs subordinates to achieve assignments using established guidelines and policies.
• Monitors daily operations of a unit or sub-unit.
• Supports the transition of new products (NPI) into sustaining production.
• Assists in materials evaluation and testing and interfaces with customers/suppliers on technical issues.
• Supports development of standard operating procedures for the operations group.
• Develops staff through succession planning and training.
