Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 8+ years of experience in the specialty area.

Responsibilities

• May serve as team lead for lower-level specialists who handle assembly tasks.
• Perform detailed tasks requiring advanced skills and adapt procedures to meet needs.
• Interpret blueprints and process instructions for accurate assembly and inspection.
• Maintain a safe work environment and proper PPE usage.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales.
• Provide training to lower-level specialists and support continuous improvement.
• Perform advanced assembly functions including harness, PCB sub-assemblies, and soldering.
• Ensure quality work meets schedule, budget, and SPC standards.
