The role covers hand soldering, PCB sub-assemblies, and collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales to meet schedules and budgets. A high school diploma or GED and 8+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and process flow instructions.
• Experience with hand soldering and PCB sub-assemblies.

Responsibilities

• May serve as team lead for lower-level specialists, focusing on quality and on-time delivery
• Perform advanced assembly tasks from models/drawings
• Solder and install components per contract specifications
• Interpret blueprints and process instructions
• Maintain safe work environment and use PPE
