Blue Origin is seeking a Principal Electro-Optics Engineer to lead electrical architecture for OISL terminals and high-speed FPFA/analog designs for deep-space optical links. This role blends RF/digital engineering with optical system requirements and embedded management for space hardware in a highly classified program.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with government customers, and influence end-to-end performance in radiation-tolerant environments. U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (Master's/PhD preferred).
• 10+ years in high-speed electrical design, FPGA development, or mixed-signal design.
• Hands-on FPGA design experience (VHDL/Verilog) on radiation-tolerant platforms.
• Experience with SerDes, PCIe, ADC/DAC interfaces and signal integrity analysis.
• Security clearance TS/SCI or ability to obtain (U.S. citizenship).
• Leadership in technical efforts within classified programs.
