Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a technically skilled electro-mechanical actuations lead to own design, development, integration, and validation of advanced actuators for aerospace platforms. You will oversee lifecycle from concept through production, driving design reviews, cross-functional collaboration, and supplier oversight to ensure robust, flight-critical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 7+ years EMA or related engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of electro-mechanical actuators.
• Proficient with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, CREO, CATIA).
• Experience in lean manufacturing and PPAP/APQP tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuator system architecture, sizing and overall design.
• Perform torque–speed, life, safety and reliability analyses.
• Define and manage requirements flow-down to components.
• Own design lifecycle from concept to production.
• Lead design reviews (PDR/CDR) and ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing to ensure producibility.
• Define test plans and correlate analysis with test data.
• Lead root-cause investigations for test or field failures.
• Balance performance, cost, weight, and manufacturability.
