Qualifications

• 4+ years of practical electrical experience or an active NEC-based license.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must successfully complete a DOT physical and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical projects, coordinate work crews, and mentor apprentices
• Install, diagnose, and maintain electrical systems while ensuring safety and code compliance
• Identify safety issues and take corrective action to maintain a safe job site
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and project plans; follow supervisor direction
• Prepare and complete required quality assurance documentation
• Make sound decisions to resolve on-site challenges without compromising quality or timelines
