Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Electrician to inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems across assigned facilities. You will lead preventive maintenance, support new installations, and ensure safe operation of equipment in accordance with local codes.

The role requires a Master Electrician license, 3–4 years of related experience, and a valid driver's license. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to analyze and propose practical solutions are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred.
• Master Electrician license required as dictated by local electrical codes.
• Valid Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems.
• Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner.
• Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
