As the Lead Electrician/Foreman, you will oversee electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. You will lead a team of electricians, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and supervise a team of electricians on various projects.
2. Plan and coordinate daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
3. Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance as needed.
4. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
5. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
6. Train and mentor junior electricians to develop their skills.
7. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
8. Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
9. Perform quality control inspections and resolve issues promptly.
