This full-time on-site role leads maintenance of critical electrical, fire alarm, security, and camera systems, with supervision of staff and emergency readiness. Qualifications

• Completion of high school or vocational training with extensive electrician experience.
• Must obtain a Virginia electrical license within six months of employment.
• Possession of a valid driver’s permit issued by Virginia.
• Ability to perform strenuous tasks and work on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Operate, program, and troubleshoot critical electrical and alarm systems.
• Maintain and repair fire, security, and access control systems.
• Install electrical power/lighting, switches, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with Technology Department for camera/IP systems and data drops.
• Respond to emergency calls and supervise semi-skilled workers.
• Perform duties as essential personnel, including on-call snow removal.
