Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical field experience preferred.
• Strong residential service and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with panel replacements and service upgrades.
• Light commercial experience.
• Experience pulling permits and coordinating inspections.
• Working knowledge of the NEC and local code requirements.
• Ability to read plans, one-lines, diagrams and equipment docs.
• Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions.
• Professional communication with customers, inspectors and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial electrical work.
• Lead service calls and troubleshooting.
• Complete panel replacements and service upgrades.
• Install EV charging equipment.
• Coordinate inspections and field requirements.
• Coordinate with other trades and Tucson Electrics office.
• Read plans and electrical diagrams; document work with notes and photos.
• Assist training of apprentices or junior electricians.
• Uphold safety, quality, integrity and professionalism standards.
