Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial projects, including ground-up construction and tenant improvement work.
• Hands-on experience with site walks, construction reviews, and project planning phases.
• Strong ability to manage projects under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee installations across commercial and residential projects.
• Manage projects end-to-end with focus on quality and deadlines.
• Conduct site walks and project inspections for quality control.
