Job summary

You will own system requirements, guide HV design, oversee verification, and mentor engineers while contributing to technology roadmaps. Travel up to 10% and relocation assistance are available; remote or on-site work arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with emphasis in power electronics.
• 15+ years of experience in electrical systems engineering focusing on power electronics and drives.
• Proven experience leading design, verification, and validation of power conversion hardware.
• Experience with high‑voltage systems, insulation coordination, and HV testing.

Responsibilities

• Own system-level requirements flow-down for digital power conversion.
• Document design decisions and test outcomes for traceability.
• Lead architecture and detailed design of digital power conversion.
• Plan and execute verification and validation tests.
• Define insulation coordination and HV design rules.
• Design and review PCBs and schematics for power stages.
• Lead high‑voltage testing and qualification activities.
• Collaborate with AI&T to develop automated test benches.
• Provide technical guidance to early career engineers.
• Contribute to proposals, trade studies, and roadmaps for TMS control systems.
